Cottage Food Disclosure

Three Petals Cakes & Catering operates under the South Carolina Cottage Food Law, which allows certain non-potentially hazardous foods to be prepared in a home kitchen and sold directly to consumers.

Our products are made in a home kitchen that has not been inspected by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC).

All products are prepared in accordance with South Carolina Cottage Food regulations.

Our cottage food products may include baked goods and shelf-stable desserts such as:

• Cakes
• Cupcakes
• Cookies
• Cake pops
• Brownies
• Rice Krispie treats
• Candy apples
• Chocolate covered treats
• Other approved baked goods

Products requiring refrigeration or temperature control may not be available under cottage food regulations.

Customers are encouraged to review ingredient lists and allergen information before placing an order.
