Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because all desserts from Three Petals Cakes & Catering are freshly prepared and made to order, cancellations must be requested at least seven (7) business days prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date in order to receive a refund of the initial deposit. Orders cancelled within seven (7) business days of the event date, once preparation has begun, are not eligible for a refund.

If your order has been paid in full, the following refund policy applies:

  • Cancellations made one (1) month or more before the event date will receive a refund of the balance paid, minus 25% of the deposit and the cost of any supplies already purchased for the order.

  • Decorated cake orders must be cancelled at least three (3) business days prior to the scheduled pickup time.

  • When proper notice is given, store credit will be issued for the eligible amount of the order.

Please note the following conditions:

  • Three Petals Cakes & Catering does not issue cash refunds.

  • Store credit is valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.

Postponements

If your event must be rescheduled, please contact Three Petals Cakes & Catering as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the new event date; however, all rescheduled orders are subject to availability and business operating hours.

Order Cancellations by Three Petals Cakes & Catering

In the rare event that Three Petals Cakes & Catering must cancel your order within one (1) week of the scheduled pickup or delivery date due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible so you may make alternative arrangements.

In this situation:

  • Your deposit or payment will be fully refunded, and

  • You will receive a $25 store credit toward a future order.

Please note that refunds may be issued in a form other than the original method of payment.
