Cake Care Instructions

Transportation

Place the cake on a flat surface such as the vehicle floor or trunk.

Avoid placing cakes on seats where they may slide.

Storage

Keep cake refrigerated if it contains buttercream or perishable fillings.

Remove from refrigerator 1–2 hours before serving.

Cutting the Cake

Use a sharp knife and wipe between slices for clean cuts.

Best Enjoyed

Cakes are best enjoyed within 2–3 days.

Leftovers can be refrigerated or frozen. Place in plastic wrap or in an airtight container.

Important

Some cakes contain non-edible supports that must be removed before serving.
